What method of payment do we accept?
Our preferred method of payment is Check, we gladly accept ACH/Wire, Credit Card payment by phone or you can make a Credit Card payment online 24hrs a day using our online payment portal.
How do I resolve a billing issue?
Please contact your Project Director, if you have any questions regarding your invoice via email or you can call 800-266-5677 for assistance.

Can I make an ACH/Wire payment?
Yes, please contact the Accounts Receivable Department by sending a request via email to AR.Remittances@goblusky.com or by calling 888-597-7772 and one of our AR Specialists will be happy to assist you.
Can I pay using a Credit Card? If so do you charge any fees?
Yes, you can make a payment up to $10,000.00 via Credit Card using our online payment portal. If your transaction is greater $10,000.00, please contact our Accounts Receivable Support at 888-598-7772 or by email to AR.Remittances@goblusky.com.
*note that any amount over the $10,000.00 will be subjected to a 2.7% Processing Fee.
Do you work with insurance? Should I file a claim?
Yes, we will work with your insurance provider, many homeowner insurance policies do provide some level of coverage, but you will need to contact your agent for details about your policy and coverage.
